The smallest box in our fleet and the one that fits where nothing else will. A 28 foot dry van drops into a tight lot, sits at dock height, and gives you around 238 square feet of locked, dry space the same day you call.
Most people who call about a 28 foot trailer are not short on storage so much as short on room to put storage. A narrow side lot, a strip-center back door, a jobsite with one gravel pad that is already half full of dumpster. A 53 will not turn into those spots. A 28 will.
It is the same dry van construction as the rest of the fleet: steel box, swing-out rear doors, floor at dock height, inspected and swept before it leaves our yard in West Chester. You just get less of it, and for a lot of jobs less is exactly right.

Interior figures vary a little by trailer make and year. If your load is tight to the inch, ask for the specs of the exact trailer we are sending.
Think of it in pallet positions, not cubic feet. A 28 foot box runs two rows down its length, and whether you get 12 or 14 positions comes down to how the pallets are turned and how much aisle you want left to walk in. If you need to pull individual pallets during the rental, leave the aisle. If the load goes in once and comes out once, pack it tight.
Outside of pallets, a 28 holds a jobsite tool crib with room for racking, a retailer's seasonal displays and fixtures, the contents of a small office during a remodel, or a few months of packaging overflow for a plant that is short on mezzanine space. We have run the full counts for every size in our pallet math guide if you want to check your own numbers.
General contractors and trades who need a locked tool crib or material staging on a site where a full length trailer will not fit or would block access.
Stores staging seasonal stock, fixtures and displays behind the building without giving up parking.
A single production line's packaging, a maintenance department's spares, a remodel's worth of office furniture.
Size up when your count passes about 14 pallet positions, or when you know the overflow is going to grow over the rental. A 45 foot trailer holds about 22 pallets for $75 a month, so the step from 28 to 45 buys you roughly 60 percent more floor.
Stay with the 28 when the limit is the spot, not the stuff. If the only place a trailer can sit is a short pad or a tight turn, the bigger box is not an option no matter what the math says. Tell us about the site when you call and we will tell you straight which one will actually go in. Our size guide walks through the same decision.
Call by noon, Monday through Friday, and same day delivery is the standard anywhere inside our 100 mile radius of West Chester: southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and southeastern Indiana. Our own driver spots the trailer where you want it, at a dock door, in the yard or on a job site, and drops it level so it is ready to load. When you are done, we pick it up. The walkthrough is in how storage trailer delivery works.
Terms are the same for every size: a 3-month minimum, then month to month for as long as you keep it, with no long-term lease. We deliver to Cincinnati, Dayton, Florence and the rest of the Tri-State service area. And if what you really need is to move the freight rather than park it, that is same day local trucking, from a few pallets to a full truckload.
Call by noon for same-day delivery across the Cincinnati Tri-State. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. No long-term contracts.
